We offer a lifetime service for all our products, i.e., we don’t charge for the labour that is put into repairing the piece. But if there is material put into it like gold or diamond, that gets charged. By getting RK Care, you get a lifetime service including material. Only 10% of the total product value will be charged.

In case you are not satisfied with your online purchase with us, we provide exchanges and returns which are accepted within 15 days of purchase, you may return any item in its unopened original condition for a full refund of the product value.
